The Skrulls are a breed of green-skinned humanoids from the Andromeda galaxy. They are a fierce warrior race who carved for themselves the oldest surviving empire in the Marvel Universe's history.

Kree race originated on the planet Hala, Pama system, Greater Magellanic Cloud. Outwardly humanoid in appearance (save for the dominant blue skin), the Kree are adapted to the harsh environment of their home planet. Hala's atmosphere has a higher nitrogen content than that of Earth; consequently, Kree visiting Earth must wear a special breathing apparatus. Hala also has a much stronger gravitational force; therefore, the Kree have dense bodies that give them about twice a human being's strength and endurance. There are two races of Kree, the socially-dominant blue-skinned and the socialiy-inferior pink- skinned. The Population is about 3,000,000,000 with a Millitary Dictatorship Government.

The Shi'ar are an alien race looking almost humanoid. They have avian ancestors, part of their head is still covered by feathers. The Shi'ar empire consists of many worlds which are ruled from an artificial planet called Chandilar, the Imperial Throneworld. The Shi'ar race themselves originate from a planet called Aerie. Deeply rooted in Shi'ar society is their religion, their belief in the gods Sharra & K'ythri the 'mothers' of the Shi'ar. The current ruler of the Shi'ar empire is The Princess Majestrix Lilandra of the royal family Nerami.
